Best and Worst Plan is the lowest and highest quarterly bill price calculated from all the Single Rate plans generally available from all retailers in for a household consuming kWh per day for the relevant period. Average Plan is the arithmetical mean of all quarterly bill prices. Where plans include conditional discounts, pricing is calculated both with and without discounts. Prices include once-off incentives prorated over 12 months, GST and exclude fees and other once-off charges.
